Student Monitoring Cameras

The inside system uses multiple inside cameras that record all of the activities inside the bus, including optional audio feeds.

The DVR recording system can store up to 45 days of data, which is then remotely queried in the event of an incident. Only the school district administration has access to this information to comply with privacy policies and laws governing the use of video/audio recordings inside a school bus.

A camera installation over the driver’s head monitors front door loading and unloading.

AlertStar provides a workstation to the District Administration Office enabling the querying of incidents by time, date and other parameters. The workstation includes software to encrypt and copy the video ensuring the evidence is preserved.
